NuNova Acceleration Services ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This page explains what we collect through nunovagrowth.com, why, and the choices you have.
When you submit our "Work with us" form, we collect the details you provide: your name, email address, and optionally your company name and a message. Our host, Cloudflare, may also process basic technical data such as IP address and request logs to keep the site secure and running. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
We use your information only to respond to your inquiry, evaluate whether we are a good fit, and communicate with you about working together. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information to anyone.
Form submissions are stored in a private Google Sheet accessible only to the NuNova team. The site is hosted on Cloudflare. Both providers maintain their own security and privacy practices.
Access to our client portal is restricted to accounts we create and approve. Authentication is handled at the network level through Cloudflare Access. There is no public sign-up.
You can ask us to see, correct, or delete the information you have shared at any time. If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the CCPA, including the right to know what we hold and to request its deletion. To make a request, email us at the address below.
We keep your information only as long as needed to respond to you or maintain our working relationship. The site is served over HTTPS, and access to your data is limited to our team using multi-factor authentication.
